Terms of Service

Effective date: July 5, 2026. These Terms govern your use of the AlbionZVZ website and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AlbionZVZ provides online tools for organizing guild activities around Albion Online. The Service is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sandbox Interactive or Albion Online. Game names and imagery may appear for player convenience; respective owners retain their rights. We may fetch public game data (for example character or guild information) from third-party APIs to provide features you request.

Availability and beta

The Service is under active development. Features, limits, and availability may change. During beta, guild creation or access may be invite-only. We do not guarantee continuous availability or that any particular feature will remain unchanged.

Accounts and eligibility

You may need an account (for example via Discord sign-in) to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans and billing

Guilds may use a Free plan with full product access at no charge. An optional Crystal supporter tier may be offered later; pricing and checkout are subject to change until launched. One subscription applies per guild workspace unless we state otherwise. Paid terms (refunds, renewal, cancellation) will be shown at checkout when billing goes live. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service in a way that unreasonably burdens our infrastructure, extracts substantial data, or replaces normal use of our product (including building a competing mirror or clone of the Service).
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of our software, branding, or content outside what your browser downloads for ordinary personal use, except as allowed by law.
Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data, or interfere with the Service's operation.

Officers may share links to public event pages (for example roster or signup views). Anyone with the link may see the information officers chose to expose on that page. You are responsible for how and with whom you share links.

AI-assisted features

Some features (for example objective screenshot import) let authorized users upload an image so we can suggest form fields using an automated vision service. Uploads are rate-limited. Suggestions may be incorrect — you should review before saving. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Third-party services and embeds

The Service integrates with third parties (for example Discord for sign-in, public Albion Online data sources, and embedded media in docs or guild clips). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party sites or players.

Advertising

We may show third-party display advertisements on public pages of the Service (for example blog posts, documentation, and marketing pages) through Google AdSense or similar partners. Ads are served subject to our Privacy Policy and any consent choices required in your region. Guild workspaces on the highest supporter tier (Crystal) do not show in-app display ads. We may change ad partners or placement over time; material changes will be reflected in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, visual design, text, and branding (excluding third-party materials), is owned by the operator of AlbionZVZ and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

Guild and user content

You may submit or manage information such as guild rosters, event details, and signups. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that information. You retain your rights in your content; you grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service for you and your guild.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security or abuse risk, or where required by law. Where practical, we will try to notify you through the Service or Discord.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of AlbionZVZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50), if you have not paid us.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent allowed by law.
