Item Guesser Party — guild game nights on AlbionZVZ
Multiplayer Item Guesser Party is live: create a lobby, share a code, and race your guild to identify Albion items from a de-pixelating icon.

Between resets and slow recruitment weeks, guilds still need low-stakes hangouts. Solo Item Guesser has been on the site for a while; Item Guesser Party adds a multiplayer lobby so you can run quick game nights without leaving AlbionZVZ.
What Item Guesser Party is
Party mode is a hosted round-based game:
- An officer or any member creates a lobby and gets a short join code plus share link.
- Up to 50 players join from phone or desktop.
- Each round shows an Albion item icon that de-pixelates in five steps (same cadence as solo mode).
- Players get 30 seconds per item to type a guess, with a short cooldown between submissions.
- Speed scoring awards up to 1,000 points per correct answer; the host can run 3–40 unique items per session.
It is deliberately lightweight — no account required to join a party link, though hosts need to be able to reach /games/item-guesser-party on the site.
Why we built it
ZvZ tooling is the core product, but community retention matters. Officers told us they wanted something to do on voice chat when timers are slow or when new recruits do not know item icons yet. Party mode doubles as a low-pressure way to learn gear names while joking in Discord.

Knowing what a build contains helps in guessing — and in mass. We see officers run one Party round before comp review nights.
How a typical guild night works
- Someone creates a lobby on Games → Item Guesser Party.
- Post the code in
#generalor your voice channel text chat. - Host sets item count (default 10) and starts when enough players are in.
- Between rounds everyone sees the correct item for three seconds and their guess history.
- Host starts the next item when ready — no auto-advance, so you can banter on stream.
Recent polish includes per-player rate limits (so shared IPs at LAN parties do not throttle each other), host-controlled pacing, and search during cooldown so players can browse items but only submit when allowed.
Try it
Head to /games/item-guesser-party or the main Games hub. No guild workspace required for casual lobbies; use it for alliance-wide pings if you want bragging rights.
We will keep tuning scoring and round timers from feedback in Discord. If you run a regular game night, tell us — we are curious what item count and lobby size feels best for 20–80 player guilds.
